Dr John Cummins

FRACP, MBBS (Sydney)

Dr John Cummins is a Specialist Consultant Physician. For the past 16 years he has practiced Preventative Medicine now specialising in Corporate Health and Wellness.

He graduated from the University of Sydney in 1984. After seven years of rigorous training, Dr Cummins was accepted into the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 1992. In 1997, Dr Cummins received his Masters in Public Health (dealing with diseases in populations) from the renowned University of Minnesota.

Previously, Dr Cummins managed a busy Specialist Physician Practice in the lower North Shore where he worked alongside GPs and surgeons to assess and treat patients in the following areas:

• Cardiovascular fitness for surgery
• Long-term Diabetes
• Trouble shooting ‘difficult to diagnose and treat’ patients
• Post-operative care of patients at the Mater Private Hospital

Currently Dr Cummins holds a consulting position with GenRe, a large reinsurance entity, as Chief Medical Consultant.

Dr Cummins is the Medical Director of Executive Medicine and understands both the value of your well being and your time. He practices care and excellent service delivery.
