Where are you located?

Executive Medicine is located inside the Grace Hotel at 77 York Street, Sydney CBD. After entering the hotel lobby, turn left and take the lift or stairs to Level 1.

Clear access guides are available for both lift and escalator entry if you need step-by-step directions.

Is parking available?

Yes. The Grace Hotel has an on-site car park with entry via 124 Clarence Street. From the basement, lifts and stairs provide direct access to our clinic on Level 1.

Parking fees are managed by the hotel and can be viewed on their website.

Do you see private (non-corporate) patients?

Yes. While we work extensively with corporate clients, around half of our patients attend independently. Many return annually as part of a proactive, long-term approach to their health.

How are you different from a standard GP clinic?

Traditional GP appointments are often limited to 10–15 minutes and focus on immediate concerns. At Executive Medicine, consultations typically run from one to two and a half hours.

This allows time for comprehensive examination, preventative screening, discussion of results, and personalised planning without feeling rushed.

What cardiovascular screening is included?

The Coronary Risk and Heart Evaluation includes a resting ECG, exercise stress test, body composition analysis, blood pressure measurement, and resting heart rate assessment. VO₂ max (cardiorespiratory fitness) and exercise stress testing are included in the Premium and Premium Plus assessments.

Referrals for CT Coronary Angiograms — a revolution in heart imaging that can assess for plaque in the arteries of your heart — can also be arranged where appropriate.

What cancer screening do you offer?

Blood testing, breast screening, HPV/PAP testing for women, skin dermatoscopy, Prostate Specific Antigen testing for men over 40, bowel cancer screening, and Lumify ultrasound.

Depending on patient concern, family history ± symptoms, we can arrange more extensive screening including referral for pelvic ultrasound for ovarian cancer, genetic testing, mole mapping, and colonoscopies.

Will my employer see my individual results?

No. All personal health information is strictly confidential. Individual results are never shared with an employer without your explicit written consent.

In corporate programs, employers may receive de-identified, aggregated data only.

Do executive health assessments help with long-term planning?

Yes. Assessments are designed to provide insight into current health status and future risk, helping guide sustainable lifestyle, performance, and preventative health decisions.

Many patients use the results as a baseline for long-term health tracking.

Do you offer follow-up consultations or ongoing care?

Yes. Follow-up consultations can be arranged to review results in detail, monitor progress, and refine health plans.

Ongoing support and health coaching are also available for patients seeking longer-term guidance.

Do executive health checks replace my regular GP?

No. Executive health assessments complement regular GP care rather than replace it.

Results can be shared with your GP to support continuity of care and informed long-term management.

Do executive health checks help detect disease early?

Yes. These assessments are designed to identify early signs of cardiovascular disease, metabolic conditions, and other health risks before symptoms develop.

Early detection allows for timely intervention and more effective prevention strategies.

What is your cancellation policy?

If an appointment is cancelled within four working days of the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost applies.
