Corporate Health Assessment

Signature Health Assessment

Greater precision, broader insight and a clearer understanding of your health.

The Signature Health Assessment includes everything in the Foundational Health Assessment, with additional testing for people seeking a deeper understanding of their fitness, respiratory health, hearing and cognitive performance.

VO₂ max measured using a CardioCoach mask provides a more precise assessment of cardiorespiratory fitness. Formal hearing, lung-function and brain-processing-speed assessments add further clinical insight, while additional consultation time allows greater attention to female or male hormonal health.

These findings are interpreted alongside your pathology, medical history, physical capacity, lifestyle and preventative screening to create one connected picture and a personalised plan for what comes next.

Is the Signature Health Assessment right for you?

Sometimes a comprehensive health assessment is enough. At other times, you may want greater precision or a broader physiological picture—particularly when fitness, energy, metabolic health, cognitive performance or hormonal changes are important to you.

The Signature Health Assessment is designed for people who want the complete preventative foundation, together with additional objective measures that can reveal how the cardiovascular, respiratory, sensory and cognitive systems are functioning.

It does not simply add more tests. It adds depth where that additional information can help create more focused recommendations, a more detailed baseline and clearer measures to follow over time.

You want all the clinical depth of the Foundational Health Assessment with broader physiological testing.

You want a more precise measurement of cardiorespiratory fitness through VO₂ max measured using a CardioCoach mask.

You would value formal insight into hearing, lung function and brain-processing speed.

You want greater time and emphasis devoted to female or male hormonal health.

You want detailed recommendations and measurable results that can be followed over time.

Not sure whether the additional testing is relevant to you? Our team can help you compare the Foundational and Signature assessments before you decide.

A broader and more precise picture of your health

The Signature Health Assessment considers all the information gathered in the Foundational assessment and adds more precise cardiorespiratory-fitness measurement, together with additional respiratory, hearing and cognitive-performance data.

These findings are interpreted together by your clinical team so that additional measurements contribute to a meaningful health plan rather than remaining isolated test results.

Measure cardiorespiratory fitness more precisely

Respiratory-mask analysis provides a more precise measurement of VO₂ max than the treadmill-based estimate used in the Foundational Health Assessment.

Look beyond the usual health markers

Formal hearing, lung-function and brain-processing-speed assessments create additional baselines and may identify findings that deserve further attention.

Receive more personalised direction

Allow greater time for hormonal-health discussion and integrate the additional findings into your report, recommendations and follow-up plan.

What your assessment involves

Each stage contributes to one integrated clinical picture and a practical prevention plan.

01

Before your appointment

Pathology and preparation

Complete your blood tests during the four days before your assessment. This timing allows the doctor to review your results and request additional tests if a finding requires clarification.

  • Medical-history information completed before the visit
  • Preparation guidance supplied by the clinic
  • Pathology available for integrated review during the consultation
02

Exercise physiology and nutrition

Exercise physiology, nutrition and physical capacity

An exercise physiologist with additional nutrition training reviews your diet, current exercise, physical goals and the factors affecting your ability to make sustainable changes.

  • Body composition, including muscle, fat and an estimated bone measure
  • Grip strength, balance, mobility, flexibility and functional movement
  • Review of current exercise and dietary habits
  • Individual recommendations aligned with your health and goals
03

Exercise Stress Test and respiratory analysis

Treadmill Exercise Stress Test with measured VO₂ max using a CardioCoach mask

The Signature assessment includes a Treadmill Exercise Stress Test together with respiratory-mask analysis. The Exercise Stress Test examines how your heart responds to increasing physical demand and may identify findings that warrant further cardiac investigation.

Analysis of inhaled and exhaled gases provides a more precise measurement of VO₂ max than the treadmill-based estimate used in the Foundational Health Assessment. This gives greater insight into cardiorespiratory fitness and establishes a useful measure that can be followed over time.

04

Additional physiological assessments

Hearing, respiratory and brain-processing assessment

Signature adds three further assessments designed to establish broader functional baselines and identify findings that may deserve discussion or further investigation.

  • Hearing assessment: Evaluates hearing function and identifies possible impairment requiring further review. Hearing health is also considered as part of dementia-risk reduction.
  • Lung-function testing: Assesses respiratory performance and may identify patterns that warrant investigation for conditions such as asthma or emphysema.
  • Brain-processing-speed assessment: Establishes an objective measure of processing performance that can contribute to discussions about cognitive health, workload, stress and burnout.
05

In-depth doctor consultation

Doctor consultation and physical examination

Your doctor integrates your pathology, exercise and additional physiological findings, medical and family history, personal concerns and sources of stress.

  • Cardiovascular and metabolic risk, including blood pressure, cholesterol and lipoprotein(a)
  • Relevant cancer screening, dementia-risk reduction and mental-health review
  • Top-to-toe physical examination and discussion of priorities
  • Assessment for peripheral vascular disease and examination of the heart and lungs
  • Visual skin examination and breast or testicular examination where appropriate
  • Cervical screening test, if needed.
  • Recommendations for additional pathology, imaging or specialist review when clinically appropriate, which may include CT coronary angiography

Expanded hormonal-health discussion

Signature provides additional time to explore female or male hormonal health where relevant. This may include symptoms, life stage, metabolic factors, sexual health, menstrual or menopausal changes and other individual concerns.

Hormonal health is considered in every Executive Medicine assessment. Signature allows greater time and emphasis rather than implying that it is ignored within Foundational. Any additional pathology or investigation is recommended according to clinical relevance.

06

After your assessment

Integrated report and follow-up

You receive an integrated report of approximately eight pages, incorporating your measured VO₂ max, hearing, lung-function and brain-processing findings alongside your exercise and dietary recommendations, your doctor’s interpretation, key risks, clinical priorities and practical next steps.

  • Follow-up of additional investigations ordered during your assessment is included in the assessment price
  • The team will contact you or arrange a phone consultation when discussion is needed
  • Your Exercise Physiologist contacts you at approximately three months
  • Where indicated, two follow-up Body Composition Analysis appointments with an Exercise Physiologist are included during the year to review progress, support accountability and help refine your recommendations.
  • Year-on-year comparison is available for those years that you attend for an annual health assessment

Total appointment time: approximately 2.5–3 hours

Greater precision for tracking change

Like the Foundational Health Assessment, Signature can create a personalised, data-driven record when repeated over time.

In addition to measures such as cholesterol, body composition, grip strength and balance, Signature provides a more precise VO₂ max baseline and additional respiratory, hearing and brain-processing measures. This can make meaningful change easier to recognise and help refocus recommendations as your health, circumstances and priorities evolve.

The purpose is not to chase ideal numbers in isolation. It is to understand which changes matter for your health and use objective information to support practical action and accountability. Where indicated, two follow-up Body Composition Analysis appointments with an Exercise Physiologist are included during the year to review progress, support accountability and help refine your recommendations.

Measure more precisely

Establish a more precise cardiorespiratory-fitness baseline together with additional respiratory, hearing and brain-processing measures.

Recognise meaningful change

Compare results and identify areas that warrant renewed attention.

Refine your plan

Use annual comparison, the three-month Exercise Physiology contact and two follow-up Body Composition Analysis appointments where indicated to stay engaged with your plan.
