You want the complete Signature Health Assessment and the broadest available level of preventative investigation.
Who it is for
Is the Foresight Health Assessment right for you?
There are times when you may want to look beyond a comprehensive annual assessment and establish the broadest practical picture of your health.
You may have a significant family history, unanswered concerns or simply want to undertake a deeper level of investigation while you are well. Foresight combines Executive Medicine’s complete clinical assessment with advanced genetic and dermatological investigations and on-site cardiac and abdominal ultrasound.
The purpose is not to perform more testing for its own sake. It is to bring together clinically meaningful information, explain its relevance and provide clear direction about what should happen next.
You want to explore selected inherited cardiac and cancer-related risks.
You want to establish a detailed dermatological baseline through digital mole mapping and specialist review.
You want on-site cardiac and abdominal ultrasound considered alongside your other results.
You are comfortable attending additional appointments for genetic and dermatological services at external clinics or facilities.
You want advanced findings interpreted within a connected clinical plan rather than treated as isolated reports.
Foresight is not automatically necessary for everyone. Our team can help you decide whether its additional investigations are relevant to your history, concerns and priorities.
Clinical value
The broadest view of your health
Foresight combines the complete clinical and physiological depth of Signature with additional information from genetics and dermatology together with on-site cardiac and abdominal ultrasound.
These investigations examine different dimensions of health: inherited susceptibility, visible changes that may require attention and selected internal structures that cannot be assessed through pathology and physical examination alone.
Executive Medicine helps bring these findings into context so that you understand what is reassuring, what deserves attention and whether monitoring, further investigation or specialist care is appropriate.
Explore inherited risk
Selected cardiac and cancer-related genetic testing may provide additional information where personal or family history makes inherited risk relevant.
Extend early detection
Digital mole mapping, dermatology review and on-site cardiac and abdominal ultrasound add further dimensions to preventative investigation.
Bring the findings together
Receive clinical interpretation and clear direction based on the complete assessment rather than a series of disconnected reports.
Your assessment pathway
What your assessment involves
The Foresight Health Assessment is completed in stages. The Executive Medicine component takes approximately 3.5–4 hours. Genetic testing uses a home-based swab, and the dermatology appointment is completed separately through an external provider. The on-site cardiac and abdominal ultrasound is performed at Executive Medicine.
Before your Executive Medicine appointment
Pathology and preparation
Complete the required pathology during the four days before the Executive Medicine appointment so available results can be reviewed during the doctor consultation.
- Complete medical-history information
- Follow preparation guidance provided by the clinic
- Allow available pathology to be reviewed during the doctor consultation
The clinic will also explain the scheduling and preparation requirements for the external Foresight investigations.
Exercise physiology and nutrition
Exercise physiology, nutrition and physical capacity
An exercise physiologist with additional nutrition training considers your diet, current exercise, physical goals and the factors affecting sustainable change.
- Diet and exercise review
- Body composition
- Grip strength and balance
- Mobility, flexibility and functional movement
- Individual exercise and nutrition recommendations
Exercise Stress Test and respiratory analysis
Treadmill Exercise Stress Test with measured VO₂ max
The Treadmill Exercise Stress Test examines how your heart responds to increasing physical demand and may identify findings that warrant further cardiac investigation.
Respiratory-mask analysis provides a more precise measurement of VO₂ max than a treadmill-based estimate, helping establish cardiorespiratory fitness and a useful measure to follow over time.
Additional physiological assessments
Hearing, lung function and brain-processing speed
These assessments establish broader functional baselines and may identify findings that deserve discussion or further review.
- Formal hearing assessment
- Lung-function testing
- Brain-processing-speed assessment
- Discussion of what the findings mean and whether further review is appropriate
These measures contribute to the clinical picture; they do not independently diagnose dementia, burnout, asthma or emphysema.
In-depth doctor consultation
Doctor consultation and physical examination
Your doctor brings together your pathology, exercise and physiological findings, medical and family history, personal concerns and sources of stress.
- Cardiovascular and metabolic risk
- Relevant cancer screening and dementia-risk reduction
- Mental-health review
- Expanded female or male hormonal-health discussion
- Top-to-toe physical examination
- Assessment for peripheral vascular disease and examination of the heart and lungs
- Visual skin examination and breast or testicular examination where appropriate
- Further pathology, imaging or specialist referral where clinically indicated
Preventative genetic testing
Cardiac and cancer-related genetic screening
A home-based swab examines inherited variants associated with cardiac and cancer-related risk.
Genetic testing is generally only required once in a lifetime because the underlying genetic information does not change. Its value depends on personal history, family history and the clinical relevance of the findings.
The home-based swab is processed by an external provider. Executive Medicine will help explain how relevant findings fit within your broader prevention and screening plan.
Important: Genetic findings indicate inherited susceptibility; they do not predict with certainty whether someone will or will not develop a disease.
DermScreen and dermatology
Detailed skin surveillance
Digital mole mapping creates a detailed visual record of the skin and can assist with identifying and monitoring changes over time. The Foresight assessment also includes dermatology review for specialist assessment of relevant findings.
These components are completed through an external clinic or facility. They extend—but do not replace—the visual skin examination included in the Executive Medicine doctor consultation.
Computer-assisted mole mapping supports surveillance but cannot guarantee detection of every skin cancer.
On-site ultrasound
On-site cardiac and abdominal ultrasound
On-site ultrasound assessment of cardiac structure and abdominal organs, including the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen and prostate, performed at Executive Medicine.
Any findings requiring further investigation or specialist input will be discussed as part of the follow-up process.
This is selected ultrasound imaging—not a full-body scan—and normal results do not exclude all disease.
Integrated interpretation and follow-up
Bringing the results together
You receive an integrated Executive Medicine report covering the clinical assessment, exercise physiology, pathology, prevention priorities and practical next steps.
As results from the additional Foresight investigations become available, the team helps place them within the context of your overall health and advises whether monitoring, further investigation or specialist care is appropriate.
The process may extend beyond the day of your Executive Medicine appointment because advanced external investigations and reports are completed separately.
- Follow-up of additional investigations ordered during your assessment
- Email confirmation where results are reassuring and require no further discussion
- Coordination or recommendation of further specialist review where appropriate
- Exercise-physiology contact at approximately three months
- Where indicated, two follow-up Body Composition Analysis appointments with an Exercise Physiologist are included during the year to review progress, support accountability and help refine your recommendations.
- Guidance on the most appropriate form of future assessment
Executive Medicine appointment time: approximately 3.5–4 hours
Separate components: a home-based swab for genetic testing and a separate external dermatology appointment.

Beyond a single day
A comprehensive baseline for what comes next
Foresight is generally intended to establish an extensive baseline rather than simply add more tests to every annual assessment.
Some information—such as genetic results—usually only needs to be established once. Other findings, including skin imaging, ultrasound results, cardiovascular fitness, body composition and pathology, may guide the type and timing of future monitoring.
After Foresight, future annual assessments can be tailored according to what has been learned. Year-on-year tracking is performed for those years that you attend for an annual health assessment. For many clients, this may mean returning to the Foundational or Signature assessment while repeating advanced investigations only when clinically appropriate.
Where indicated, two follow-up Body Composition Analysis appointments with an Exercise Physiologist are included during the year to review progress, support accountability and help refine your recommendations.
